      人淋巴內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞 HLEC  的詳細(xì)介紹
      淋巴系統(tǒng)是免疫系統(tǒng)的重要部分,與血管系統(tǒng)共同作用來(lái)保持組織的內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)定。淋巴系統(tǒng)從組織中得到液體和大分子物質(zhì)并將其返回血液循環(huán),因此,淋巴系統(tǒng)在調(diào)節(jié)組織中液體,蛋白質(zhì)和壓力平衡方面起著重要作用。盡管淋巴毛細(xì)管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞與血管內(nèi)皮有許多相似的特性,但由于結(jié)構(gòu)不同,又各具特點(diǎn)。淋巴毛細(xì)管缺少壁細(xì)胞且以基底膜不完整或缺失為特征。淋巴內(nèi)皮的特征是包含大量的內(nèi)褶和細(xì)胞質(zhì)囊泡,并且具有交錯(cuò)的細(xì)胞間連接。淋巴毛細(xì)管*顯著的特征是與間質(zhì)的一體化,間質(zhì)通過(guò)細(xì)微的彈性纖維與細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)相連。
      淋巴內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞提取于人淋巴結(jié)組織,**代凍存。每管含有細(xì)胞數(shù)>5×10^5cells/ml,此細(xì)胞通過(guò)vWF/Factor VIII 和CD31 (P-CAM)免疫熒光染色驗(yàn)證,經(jīng)測(cè)試不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母和真菌。細(xì)胞可以達(dá)到15倍增。

        Dear Colleen,

        We use Anti-von Willebrand factor antibody (otherwise known as Factor VIII related antigen) from Sigma-Aldrich. The catalog number is F3520.

        Our quality control department does not test for podoplanin expression in Human Lymphatic Endothelial Cells. We do test for endothelial cell markers CD-31 and Factor VIII.
