      人口腔角質(zhì)細(xì)胞 HOK  的詳細(xì)介紹
      口腔黏膜角化細(xì)胞是口腔疾病主要屏障,保護(hù)局部細(xì)胞免受微生物和化學(xué)物質(zhì)造成的傷害。它們通過(guò)不斷產(chǎn)生或受刺激后產(chǎn)生的細(xì)胞因子,刺激參與促發(fā)炎癥反應(yīng),這意味著它們可能通過(guò)炎癥過(guò)程潛在地參與口腔感染的調(diào)控,該過(guò)程需要不同的白細(xì)胞介素參與,如IL-1?和IL-18。口腔黏膜角化細(xì)胞表達(dá)多種不同的細(xì)胞標(biāo)志物,該表達(dá)受到目標(biāo)基因轉(zhuǎn)錄過(guò)程中鈣素誘導(dǎo)變化的影響??谇火つそ腔?xì)胞與特征明顯的皮膚角質(zhì)細(xì)胞在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上有很大的相似性,并且為研究角質(zhì)細(xì)胞的生物學(xué)特性、無(wú)限增殖過(guò)程、惡性轉(zhuǎn)化提供了良好的模型。
      人口腔黏膜角化細(xì)胞提取于人口腔黏膜,一代凍存。每管含有細(xì)胞數(shù)>5×105 cells/ml,此細(xì)胞通過(guò)Cytokeratine-8, -18 and -19免疫熒光染色驗(yàn)證,經(jīng)測(cè)試不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母和真菌。細(xì)胞可以達(dá)到15倍增。
